About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Operations leadership development
- Gain hands-on experience in gym operations including scheduling, reporting, and data analysis
- Oversee the Service team and manage day-to-day tasks such as greeting members and staff
- Shadow gym managers to learn leadership practices and team collaboration
- Assist with member requests, inquiries, and administrative duties
- Support sales initiatives including membership sales and upselling
- Step into acting managerial roles for specific shifts under supervision
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in fitness or customer service industry preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for fitness
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
