Operations Manager II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across program teams
• Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with operational objectives
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning
• Assist leadership in developing operational procedures and workflows
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure mission support readiness
• Track operational metrics and report program performance to leadership
• Support issue resolution and ensure timely execution of program tasks

Requirements

• Secret clearance (or pending verification)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
• Experience supporting operations management in government or technical programs
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD operations or technical mission programs in the Greater Indianapolis area
• Project management or operations certifications
• Experience supporting large multi-disciplinary teams
