Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive improvement in KPIs including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with schedules
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team including production, quality, materials, and maintenance
• Partner with Planning and Materials teams to align demand with capacity and optimize labor
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using Pareto analysis and A3 problem-solving
• Champion Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve design or equipment issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing KPIs
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• APICS or CPIM certification
• Experience with INFOR/Syteline or Tableau
