Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive improvement in KPIs including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and safety
• Oversee daily production activities for the second shift (3pm - 11:30pm)
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams including production, quality, materials, and maintenance
• Partner with Planning and Materials to align demand with capacity
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using Lean tools
• Champion Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing KPIs
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• APICS or CPIM certification
• Experience with INFOR/Syteline or Tableau
