Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
• Foster a safe, productive and engaged work environment
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Responsible for fulfillment KPIs
• Improve metrics as applicable
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability
• Ensure all policies and processes are followed
• Partner with peers in HR, Supply Chain, Food Safety, and Transportation

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or similar
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in manufacturing or fulfillment
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Netsuite)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience working in an Automated Pick Environment
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
• Continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Food & Beverage facility experience
• Experience launching a new facility
