Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive warehouse operations and employees across multiple growing shifts to support expanding fulfillment needs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training in functional areas including order handling, wave management, and shipping.
• Lead a team of area managers and warehouse personnel, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the team has necessary tools and products to complete responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with FDA and OSHA regulations regarding material storage and warehouse cleanliness.
• Implement and manage warehouse inventory processes, including reconciliation, loss prevention, and control.
• Implement and maintain all Quality Assurance/Control policies and procedures.
• Drive company OKRs and KPIs through accurate reporting and meeting attendance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• 7+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• 2+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with WMS/WCS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technically complex projects and manage others effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean principles.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
