About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional leadership to optimize productivity and promote growth
- Drive and improve day-to-day operations in a hyper-growth environment
- Manage production and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate customer order delivery
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility compliance
- Coordinate product flow including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities and cost-saving improvements
- Partner with Production Planning to execute and adjust production plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing or production (food, beverage, perishables, CPG, or eComm)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven success managing 150-200+ employees
- Comprehensive background in production, assembly, pick/pack, shipping, and receiving
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing expertise
- Six Sigma, APICS, or Kaizen certification
