Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt of products through to production and dispatch of customer boxes
• Lead a team of Shift Managers and Team Leaders to deliver shift performance and continuous improvement
• Deliver shifts in line with KPIs regarding health and safety, quality, food safety, and team culture
• Dynamically resolve issues to reduce impact on shift performance and customer experience
• Develop and empower the operational team through several layers of indirect reports
• Deliver impactful projects in areas such as customer experience, waste management, and lean production
• Support the employer brand by recruiting future talent

Requirements

• Operations background with experience managing a large indirect team in a high-performing operation
• Experience working with various warehouse management systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Strong communication and logical decision-making capabilities
• Strong understanding of health and safety in a warehouse or production environment
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or strong understanding of food hygiene environments
• Experience with automated operations
