Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce spanning podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetics
• Drive workforce performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes across multiple service lines and regions
• Strengthen client partnerships and optimise workforce capacity
• Enable sustainable business growth across aged care, home care, and community settings

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience managing teams and operational functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and service performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a process improvement mindset
• Experience in Allied Health, aged care, community, or health services environments
• Proficiency in business systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
