Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ROC Sofia operational function to support global growth
• Manage the Sofia resource pool, including onboarding, training, and quality control
• Lead scheduling and resource allocation to ensure maximum visibility for stakeholders
• Manage the Sofia facility, technical installations, and underlying infrastructure
• Act as the lead point of contact with building management and facilities stakeholders
• Collaborate with global operational leaders to develop remote operations strategy
• Contribute to initiatives focused on using AI and automation to accelerate operations

Requirements

• Strong communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian
• Highly organised with a structured approach to planning
• Adaptable and solutions-focused in reactive environments
• Understanding of Hawk-Eye services, standards, and operational models

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of data-driven decision making
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Experience in continuous improvement and process management
