Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end daily operations at the Winona facility, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to meet SLA commitments and support business growth
• Drive order fulfillment excellence to ensure on-time, in-full delivery for customers
• Monitor stock health, inventory accuracy, and turnover rates through disciplined cycle counting
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, including OSHA and DOT
• Use data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement rapid process improvements
• Champion the integration of automation and technology, such as AI, ERP, and WMS

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain operations management
• Proven track record of direct people leadership, including hiring and developing teams
• Deep expertise in inbound/outbound logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience managing safety and compliance (OSHA, DOT, SHEQ)
• Ability to implement process improvements and technology-driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
