About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure efficient execution and achievement of chargeability targets
- Drive outstanding customer experiences by building strong client relationships
- Support proposal development and contribute to securing new business opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Mentor and develop direct reports through regular performance reviews
- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making alongside the District Leader
- Travel up to 10% outside the district as required
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in operations or sales within a technical or engineering-driven industry
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, sales processes, and engineering design principles
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional technical teams
- Experience with project financials and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teams
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on high-quality service
- Business acumen and strategic thinking skills
