Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations staff for the EU market, including shipping, receiving, supply chain planning, and production technicians
• Maintain and abide by standard operating procedures to facilitate proper timing of commercial orders
• Monitor levels of raw materials and supplies to determine needs
• Document daily shipments, incoming materials, and historical sales to replenish inventory
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels
• Process and track purchase orders with appropriate vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry work experience
• 3+ years in general inventory and operations management
• Demonstrated work history with successful advancement
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP knowledge is a plus
• Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, "can-do" attitude with personal accountability
