Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects including distribution, customer service, HR, and recruiting
• Manage performance KPIs and track key metrics for continuous improvement
• Use data-driven reports to identify growth opportunities and solutions
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Establish and enforce safety standards and legal compliance
• Ensure operational processes like receiving, storage, and shipping maintain quality and safety
• Share knowledge on effective practices and competitive intelligence with other locations

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with safety procedures in a distribution center environment
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field
