Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct hub operations, merchant support, and partner communication
• Manage performance KPIs and identify key metrics for continuous improvement
• Use data-driven reports to propose solutions for growth and challenges
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate the Hub Support Specialist team
• Enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
• Ensure operational processes like receiving, storage, and shipping maintain quality and safety
• Share knowledge on effective practices and competitive intelligence with headquarters

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with safety procedures in a distribution center environment
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Ability to work independently onsite without direct supervision
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of FHDDS processes (preferred)
