Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the elderly care facility
• Take overall responsibility for employees, quality, economy, and business
• Drive development and improvement projects to ensure high-quality care
• Manage change processes and implement new working methods
• Collaborate closely with customers, relatives, municipalities, and authorities
• Participate in the regional management group and contribute to regional development

Requirements

• University degree as a Social Worker (Socionom) or Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Minimum 2 years of documented leadership experience within elderly care
• Leadership training
• Current experience working with Social Services Act legislation (Socialtjänstlagen)
• Financial knowledge and experience with budget responsibility and follow-up
• Proficiency in support systems such as electronic journals, planning, and payroll systems
• Ability to pass an IVO background check and provide a clean criminal record extract

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in change management
• Experience developing union relations
• Valid Swedish B-driver's license
