About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the operations at Vrinnevigatan with a focus on structure, culture, and long-term development
- Take overall responsibility for operations, employees, economy, and quality
- Drive change and improvement work and ensure effective processes
- Manage budget and follow-up to ensure qualitative and economic goals are met
- Build and develop relationships with customers, relatives, municipalities, and authorities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives as part of the regional management group
Requirements
- Socionom degree (Social Worker)
- Leadership training
- 2-3 years of documented experience leading teams within elderly care
- Current experience working with Social Services Act legislation
- Financial knowledge and experience with budget responsibility
- Proficiency in support systems such as electronic journals, planning, and payroll systems
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid Swedish work permit
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in change management
- Experience developing union relations
- Valid B-driver's license
