Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations at Vrinnevigatan with a focus on structure, culture, and long-term development
• Take overall responsibility for operations, employees, economy, and quality
• Drive change and improvement work and ensure effective processes
• Manage budget and follow-up to ensure qualitative and economic goals are met
• Build and develop relationships with customers, relatives, municipalities, and authorities
• Contribute to strategic initiatives as part of the regional management group

Requirements

• Socionom degree (Social Worker)
• Leadership training
• 2-3 years of documented experience leading teams within elderly care
• Current experience working with Social Services Act legislation
• Financial knowledge and experience with budget responsibility
• Proficiency in support systems such as electronic journals, planning, and payroll systems
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Swedish work permit

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in change management
• Experience developing union relations
• Valid B-driver's license
