Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of The Diary of a CEO / Behind The Diary product ecosystem
• Manage stock and inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock risk
• Build data-led demand forecasts based on sales trends and marketing activity
• Source, onboard, and manage suppliers and manufacturers
• Support buying and range planning by ensuring products are costed and ordered correctly
• Own product development and operational delivery timelines from concept to launch
• Improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency across production, logistics, and fulfillment
• Monitor and optimize margins through cost control and supplier negotiation

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, ecommerce, merchandising, buying, or supply chain
• Deep understanding of production, logistics, fulfillment, and inventory processes
• Proven experience managing suppliers and stock planning
• Strong commercial and financial acumen regarding margins and profitability
• Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and operational planning
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
