Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 200+ associates and 4+ salaried managers to ensure productivity and professional growth
• Implement and maintain safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations to provide a safe work environment
• Own and report on key performance metrics, including on-time receiving/shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality
• Establish and enforce procedures for building security and product loss prevention to minimize inventory shrinkage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot fulfillment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse processes
• Manage CPU and cost metrics while upholding strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more salaried individuals
• Experience with OSHA compliance and maintaining safety standards
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically up to 10-12 hours
• Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
