Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound or outbound warehouse operations, managing a team of 3–10 supervisors and 50–350 athletes.
• Meet or exceed service levels and quality expectations while managing departmental financial constraints.
• Drive revenue and reduce costs by determining and implementing best-practice operational solutions.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload assignment to optimize performance and meet peak demands.
• Develop and mentor supervisors to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report productivity metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure a safe workplace by advocating for training and accident prevention protocols.
• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution or Warehouse management.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
