About the Company

FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. The company is preparing to launch its flagship store in Paris, which will serve as a revolutionary destination for collectors, featuring exclusive cards, authentic sports memorabilia, and merchandise from the world's largest leagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team payroll tracking
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Oversee daily inventories, product replenishment, and ensure accuracy of RFID merchandise tracking
• Manage technical incidents by collaborating with IT teams to resolve POS and operational tool issues
• Continuously evaluate processes to identify improvements and ensure optimal operational performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager or similar management role in large-scale retail
• Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational problems in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail compliance, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Fluency in French (required)
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume retail environments
• Expertise in RFID tracking systems
