The company is preparing to launch its flagship store in Paris, which will serve as a revolutionary destination for collectors, featuring exclusive cards, authentic sports memorabilia, and merchandise from the world's largest leagues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team payroll tracking
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Oversee daily inventories, product replenishment, and ensure accuracy of RFID merchandise tracking
- Manage technical incidents by collaborating with IT teams to resolve POS and operational tool issues
- Continuously evaluate processes to identify improvements and ensure optimal operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager or similar management role in large-scale retail
- Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational problems in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail compliance, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Fluency in French (required)
- Professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume retail environments
- Expertise in RFID tracking systems
