Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisors and athletes to support inbound or outbound operations, ensuring high performance and service level excellence.
• Manage the overall direction, development, and performance of the department and operations partners.
• Meet or exceed service levels and quality expectations while working within financial constraints.
• Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to maximize productivity and team performance.
• Develop supervisors through mentorship, clear feedback, and leadership training.
• Drive strategic priorities, process improvements, and departmental efficiency.
• Maintain a safe workplace by advocating for training and accident prevention.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report productivity metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution or Warehouse management.
• 3-5 years of Fanatics tenure.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and FMS/DMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
