Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured post-incident reviews (PIRs) and RCA meetings using methodologies like "5 Whys" and fishbone diagrams
• Integrate incident and problem management into workflows alongside SRE teams
• Support SRE teams in tracking reliability metrics, error budgets, and SLOs
• Maintain data consistency across IT environments using CMS and CMDB integrations
• Define project scope and objectives to improve system reliability based on data trends
• Analyze incident data and historical trends to identify and prevent emerging issues
• Design and manage target operational processes to improve service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of incident and project/operations management experience in an international environment
• Strong understanding of the IT Problem Management lifecycle
• Familiarity with SRE principles, automation, and SLIs/SLOs
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
