Operations Manager - Event Health Services

Responsibilities

• Support the National Operations Manager to deliver safe, high-quality Event Health Services across Aotearoa
• Ensure operational excellence and delivery of strategic priorities and contractual commitments
• Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead operational planning and delivery for community, sporting, cultural, and commercial events
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of Event Health Services

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational teams in complex or geographically dispersed environments
• Ability to translate strategy into practical operational delivery
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
• Sound commercial and operational judgement
• Experience managing performance, resources, and competing priorities
• Calm, solutions-focused approach and resilience
• Excellent communication skills
