Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and engage a team of approximately 10 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Support employee development through regular coaching, training, and structured development planning.
• Manage performance through ongoing feedback, goal setting, and formal appraisal processes.
• Build strong working relationships and maintain effective collaboration with Team Leaders and Regional Service Directors.
• Coordinate local business escalations and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with leadership to manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational resilience.
• Ensure effective business continuity and contingency arrangements are maintained between regional branches.
• Lead recruitment activities, including candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding support.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to foster engagement in diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of global Operations environments and operating models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across various seniority levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence within a matrix organization.
• Strong judgement and risk awareness, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to solve complex or ambiguous problems through structured thinking.
• Fluency in English is required.
