Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale (SQCDM) targets for the operational area
• Foster a strong safety culture by identifying, eliminating, and preventing unsafe conditions
• Lead, coach, and develop Process and Maintenance teams to achieve high performance and engagement
• Manage operational budgets, resources, overtime, and cost per-ton for maintenance and labor
• Implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize key KPIs
• Drive TPM implementation (AM–PM), root cause analysis (RCA), and structured daily management systems
• Participate in savings, infrastructure, and new product development projects

Requirements

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, manufacturing cost management, and maintenance systems
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate when required
