About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend partner and funding customer meetings
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage and supervise assigned case managers on daily operations and performance
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff and leadership
  • Manage assigned resources for project-related activities
  • Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation
  • Ensure assessment, service plans, and career pathway documents meet quality standards
  • Assist with case manager assignment for new customers
  • Generate progress and management reports
  • Collaborate with Project Director and Project Accountant on budgeting and forecasting
  • Partner with Project Director on program development, contract management, and staff development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or human services (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in TANF programs
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
