About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend partner and funding customer meetings
- Complete weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and supervise assigned case managers on daily operations and performance
- Conduct weekly meetings with staff and leadership
- Manage assigned resources for project-related activities
- Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation
- Ensure assessment, service plans, and career pathway documents meet quality standards
- Assist with case manager assignment for new customers
- Generate progress and management reports
- Collaborate with Project Director and Project Accountant on budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with Project Director on program development, contract management, and staff development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or human services (or equivalent experience)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in TANF programs
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
