About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily Merchant Operations including onboarding, fulfillment, POS operations, and project support
  • Ensure operational processes are executed accurately and within SLA timelines
  • Monitor merchant onboarding progress, deployment readiness, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate between Sales, Support, Finance, Product, and technical teams
  • Drive operational consistency between KL and JB operations teams
  • Identify process gaps, operational risks, and bottlenecks to improve SOPs
  • Track and analyze operations OKRs, turnaround times, and productivity metrics
  • Prepare operational reports and business updates for the Country Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, or Merchant Operations
  • 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing sales administration and operational workflows
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
