About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere and serve as a hub for information
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff
- Manage customer service, addressing member concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor and track revenue goals and manage retail operations
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company SOPs
- Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing teams to improve gym performance
- Monitor and order inventory for fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products
Requirements
- 2-3 years of operations management experience
- 3-4 years of customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely and repetitively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a gym setting and move about club floors

- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
