Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operational staff and ensure on-site jobs are executed according to company SOPs and production priorities.
• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Global QA manager to ensure the high quality of all client deliverables.
• Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions to mitigate them.
• Manage JIRA Work Management boards to track all business activities for jobs and projects.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager on long-term planning, job status reporting, and change control processes.
• Analyze and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics using Power BI.
• Collaborate with global service and support departments to ensure routine and preventative maintenance of hardware and playback devices.
• Support and promote the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, IT, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations supervision, media production, or technical workflow coordination.
• Proven experience supervising operational staff, technicians, or production support teams.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, film, and playback devices.
• Proficiency with Jira Work Management or similar workflow/project tracking tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret operational reports and dashboards, specifically using Power BI.
• Experience working in high-discipline environments such as broadcasters, post-production houses, or AV production facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in project management, quality assurance, or information security.
• Experience in a digitization facility, archive/media preservation environment, or technical operations.
