Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, facility management, and administrative support
• Lead and coach staff to cultivate a positive, high-performing, and mission-driven team culture
• Develop and maintain master client and technician schedules to maximize utilization and quality of care
• Oversee facility maintenance, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe environment
• Coordinate operational readiness for new learners, including space preparation and staff scheduling
• Manage the clinic's operating budget and resource allocation in partnership with the Regional Operations Director
• Lead safety drills, compliance monitoring, and documentation of safety protocols
• Organize staff engagement activities and client milestone celebrations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading operations in a clinical, educational, healthcare, or multi-staff service environment
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and project management skills
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Working knowledge of facility safety standards, compliance, and vendor coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site with frequent movement around the clinic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Central Reach or similar operations and scheduling platforms
