Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, facilities management, and team culture.
• Develop and maintain master client and technician schedules to maximize utilization and quality of care.
• Provide leadership through training, coaching, and feedback to foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
• Manage facility maintenance, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
• Lead safety drills, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the clinic's operating budget in partnership with leadership.
• Support new learner readiness by preparing clinic spaces, materials, and staff scheduling.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading operations in a clinical, educational, healthcare, or multi-staff service environment.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proficiency with operations and scheduling platforms (experience with Central Reach is a plus).
• Working knowledge of facility safety standards, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work full-time on-site with frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
