Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own on-ground operations including Inspections, Logistics, Inventory management, and Transfers across the UAE
• Guide the team on effectively handling customer complaints related to business and operations
• Synthesise new business processes to drive efficiency and improve customer experience
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to improve process and service procedures
• Support the Inspections function by creating flows to optimise time and quality
• Mentor and develop the operations team through encouragement and empowerment
• Oversee forecasting, annual budget preparation, and expenditure scheduling
• Manage KPIs and track team member performance through audits on assets and SOP adherence
• Own the product (CRM + Inspection App) to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives and ensure adequate follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager
• Experience in a large technology, automotive, or ecommerce B2C company
• Understanding of continuous improvement techniques
• Strong knowledge of Operations Management, Customer centricity, Project Management, and Supply Chain
• Proven managerial and leadership skills with the ability to manage people
• Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
