Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates
• Oversee day-to-day operations of 3-6 DashMart locations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Drive site profitability by reviewing P&Ls and implementing corrective action plans
• Design and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies
• Support market expansion and scaling efforts to prepare sites for increased demand
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the best customer experience on every order

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Problem-solving mindset based on first principles
• Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience starting or scaling a successful startup
• Operational experience in logistics or fulfillment/warehousing
• Experience building and training high-performing teams
