About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates
- Oversee day-to-day operations of 3-6 DashMart locations to ensure efficiency and safety
- Drive site profitability by reviewing P&Ls and implementing corrective action plans
- Design and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies
- Support market expansion and scaling efforts to prepare sites for increased demand
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the best customer experience on every order
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
- Problem-solving mindset based on first principles
- Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience starting or scaling a successful startup
- Operational experience in logistics or fulfillment/warehousing
- Experience building and training high-performing teams
