About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 20–25 Analysts/Senior Analysts delivering content research and enrichment
- Manage daily work allocation, SLAs, and performance dashboards
- Act as first-line reviewer for task accuracy and escalation handling
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Governance units to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support onboarding and floor training for new batches
- Track team productivity and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in content operations, research, or data enrichment environments
- 2+ years in a team-lead or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
- Experience with quality management frameworks and KPI-driven delivery models
