Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, employee scheduling, and technical troubleshooting
• Drive revenue growth in New Construction and Service work for entry doors and garage doors
• Oversee staff performance, hiring, training, and professional development
• Manage customer relationships, prepare bids, and provide quotes for sales opportunities
• Ensure operational efficiency through proper pool management and routing
• Lead safety meetings, department meetings, and financial reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing field/office personnel, sales, and budgets
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational and financial data
• Ability to handle technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Willingness to travel to St. Louis, MO for training up to three times during the first 90 days
