Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for various customers
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
• Work closely with other teams to drive sales across the department
• Review monthly financial and operational reports
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees
• Manage employee performance and coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Door, Frame, and Hardware or Division 8 experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with construction project management and building material installation
• Ability to handle technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem solving
• Ability to work in a high-activity, hands-on environment
