Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Manage and improve operational processes to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Ensure sold jobs are timely scheduled and performed to achieve sales and gross profit objectives
• Collaborate to ensure operating budgets and sales goals align monthly
• Deliver profit dollars and return on sales that meet or exceed yearly financial forecasts
• Establish objectives and action plans consistent with corporate objectives
• Hire, train, and develop employees through coaching, scorecard reviews, and performance reviews
• Lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold employees accountable
• Communicate directly with customers to solicit feedback and solve problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Department Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry
• Familiarity with construction project management and installation of building materials
• Ability to understand technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem-solving
• Experience conducting meetings and managing personnel (hiring, training, and performance reviews)
• Ability to work in a high-activity, hands-on environment with strict deadlines
