Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department
• Manage and develop skilled field technicians, installers, and office personnel
• Ensure projects are completed timely, efficiently, and within budget
• Proactively address and manage customer interactions
• Maintain department Budget and P&L responsibility
• Control labor and material costs
• Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Supervisory or managerial experience in equipment repair, installation, or product services preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to manage field technicians and office staff
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
