DFDS Logistics Contracts AB is a full-service provider in contract logistics with facilities in Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping, and Karlshamn. The company employs approximately 250 full-time employees in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize daily operations against set goals and KPIs
• Ensure high productivity, quality, and delivery precision
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and operational staff
• Prioritize resources and flows in a dynamic 3PL environment
• Own and drive the customer relationship from an operational perspective
• Ensure efficient staffing and resource planning
• Handle deviations and escalations
• Ensure a safe and functional working environment in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership position within logistics, transport, or similar operational activities
• Experience leading operational personnel
• Experience working towards KPIs and delivery targets
• Experience in customer dialogue within operational activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery requirements
• Strong decision-making skills in complex and changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within contract logistics
