Operations Manager, Data Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end system for robotics data collection, including robotic stations, workforce, and facilities
• Drive cross-functional alignment between robotics research, engineering, and operations teams
• Manage external service partners and the managed workforce model to ensure performance and quality
• Coordinate fleet reliability, station software, and operational infrastructure to ensure continuous execution
• Scale site operations by defining repeatable operating standards and building leadership structures
• Drive improvements in data collection throughput, reliability, and quality

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional systems spanning engineering, operations, and external partners
• Proven ability to drive alignment and make decisions in highly ambiguous environments
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, and large-scale workforce models
• Strong background in engineering and operations coordination
