Operations Manager - Customer Service Team

Responsibilities

• Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers
• Maintain and update the service database to ensure accurate tracking
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status and ensure timely completion
• Handle department administrative duties, including processing invoices, claims, reconciliations, and finance paperwork
• Generate weekly repair and service reports for the Proprietor
• Coordinate stock arrivals and organize customer deliveries as requested
• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven experience in a high-volume administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law
