Responsibilities

• Build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Implement KPIs for leasing, maintenance, collections, and retention
• Integrate AI into operations and other new technology platforms
• Assist in managing property-level budgets and cost controls
• Monitor rent collection and delinquency trends
• Improve NOI through expense management and revenue optimization
• Oversee work order flow and turnaround time
• Build a reliable, cost-effective vendor network
• Train the team in new technology and AI
• Foster a culture of ownership and execution

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in property management or real estate operations
• Experience in a small or growing company preferred
• Strong financial understanding of budgets, P&L, and NOI
• Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, or Corrigo
• Process-driven with a builder mindset
