Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations during weekend night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Oversee planning, direction, scheduling, and job assignments for warehouse staff
• Drive department performance through coaching, mentoring, and motivation
• Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency and cohesion
• Implement cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution
• Maintain operational reliability of warehouse equipment and safeguard company assets
• Participate in the recruitment of hourly warehouse employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control systems
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 75% of the shift
