Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse staff through recruitment, planning, scheduling, and job assignment
• Drive department performance through active coaching, mentoring, and motivation
• Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and cohesion
• Oversee cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution
• Maintain operational reliability of warehouse equipment via third-party vendors
• Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to safety and security procedures
• Analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control systems
• Ability to stand or walk for 75% of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds
