Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for the plant
• Ensure operation meets business objectives, KPIs, and dashboard metrics
• Review monthly P&L results and manage budget adherence
• Conduct equipment analysis and recommend enhancements or acquisitions
• Support and promote continuous improvement techniques and standard processes
• Oversee inventory control processes, including material aging and operating scrap
• Manage staffing levels to optimize labor and capacity across shifts
• Maintain and enhance preventative maintenance plans for all equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
• 5 years of operational experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous P&L responsibility
• Strong oral and written communication skills
