About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational performance of national Allied Health services across Home Care and NDIS programs
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and service line performance
- Monitor and optimise clinician utilisation, productivity, and appointment efficiency
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity management to support business growth
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends and performance improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage escalated client matters and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coach, mentor, and develop both clinical and non-clinical team members
- Drive process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Proven track record leading Allied Health or community healthcare teams
- Strong operational leadership experience, including workforce planning and performance management
- Sound financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and utilisation
- Deep understanding of NDIS, Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, and Support at Home reforms
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
