About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational performance of national Allied Health services across Home Care and NDIS programs
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and service line performance
  • Monitor and optimise clinician utilisation, productivity, and appointment efficiency
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity management to support business growth
  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends and performance improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage escalated client matters and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Coach, mentor, and develop both clinical and non-clinical team members
  • Drive process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencies

Requirements

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Proven track record leading Allied Health or community healthcare teams
  • Strong operational leadership experience, including workforce planning and service delivery oversight
  • Sound financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and utilisation
  • Deep understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, NDIS, and Support at Home reforms
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
