Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of US-based Operations and Middle Office functions, partnering with teams in New York and London.
• Lead and coordinate systematic end-of-day processes and controls.
• Support the full trade and position lifecycle, including execution, confirmation, settlement, pricing, financing, and collateral.
• Ensure accurate execution of key control processes such as trade confirmation, prime broker/administrator reconciliation, and break resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and implement new ones to enhance the operating model.
• Monitor daily wire transfers and margin movements to ensure end-of-day funding requirements are met.
• Serve as a key point of contact for U.S. prime brokers and counterparties.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of middle office operational experience, preferably with a macro hedge fund or asset management firm.
• Strong knowledge of Futures, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivative products.
• Familiarity with trade matching middleware platforms such as CTM, MarkitServ, Traiana, TDN, and TRAX.
• Experience using Prime Broker portals and Orchestrade.
• Knowledge of Corporate Actions, Futures Delivery, and Prime Brokerage Financing.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and risk oversight.
• Management or mentoring experience, or a strong appetite to grow into a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of ethics and integrity.

Benefits

• Annual base pay range of $120,000 - $160,000, determined by experience, seniority, and market demands.
• Eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
