Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations according to Capio's strategy, values, and quality goals
• Ensure high quality of care, patient safety, and good accessibility
• Take responsibility for the operations' results, economy, and goal achievement
• Create good collaboration between the different professions and units within the operations
• Support and develop unit managers in their assignments
• Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, guidelines, and authority requirements
• Represent the operations in dialogue with Region Halland and other external partners
• Contribute to future contract and procurement work

Requirements

• Experience in management or leadership roles within healthcare
• Experience with personnel and result responsibility
• Good understanding of healthcare regulations, governance, and quality work
• Experience with budget work and operational follow-up
• Ability to create engagement and development through others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from specialist care, internal medicine, or primary care
• Experience in business development or change management
• Experience in collaboration with regions and public commissioners
